The house rules

Deliverables are those listed on your selected plan or written scope. Requests beyond that scope are quoted separately and only begin once approved in writing.

You agree to supply brand assets, platform access, timely feedback and approvals. Delays in feedback shift delivery dates accordingly and do not extend the billing month.

Each deliverable includes two rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated. Approved work is considered final; further changes are billed as new work.

Ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to you once the related invoice is paid in full. Bravo retains ownership of working files, unused concepts and its own tools, and may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Both parties keep commercially sensitive information confidential and use it only to deliver the services.

We commit to professional, best-effort work but cannot guarantee specific commercial results, platform reach or algorithmic performance. Bravo's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
